No HRV has ever caught fire and will ever catch fire as to their credit they use bullet proof fan motors that have thermo safety systems built in just like supervent systems.

If there is no air coming through your system first check when you last changed the filter, if it's been more than 2 years call supercell.co.nz for a replacement $55 or for someone to replace it for you $150

If there is no air or your control pad has failed call supercell.co.nz for a quote on our retro fit system which cost about the same as a replacement HRV controller.

Supercell retro fit system will fit in to existing ducting and you get a brand new fan system and controller.
